Bermuda Aviation Services (BAS) was originally incorporated under the Bermuda Aviation Services Limited Act of 1947. The company provided a full range of aviation related services to L.F. Wade International Airport and relying airlines. BAS was authorized to act as an agent and a representative for airlines visiting Bermuda and provided operational requirements including weather updates, flight plans and passenger handling.

Over time, BAS has expanded from aviation and strategically grown and diversified into several of Bermuda’s key industries. Today’s BAS group of companies includes ASB, BAS Serco, BESCO, CCS, EFF-Tech, ITS, Otis Bermuda and Weir Enterprises. In addition, the group has formed BAS Group Solutions (BASG). BASG is a subsidiary of the BAS Group of Companies and was created to make it easy for customers to take advantage of the synergies between the companies within the group.

BASG develops group solutions for businesses across all of Bermuda’s main sectors. The wide range of skills and depth of knowledge within the group of companies enables BAS to solve any challenge that a business might face.
